I'm with you. No way IMO that he is died in there. Cadaver dogs would have certainly picked up a scent.

Thanks for the great info! So I wonder if when Det Hurst said Brian was tracked out a side door if he came out by the parking garage walked down the alley and made a right and went over towards that Wendy's. Those would be as far a I can tell the only side doors and they are right near the...

From where the construction area was in relationship to the Tuna I would think that Brian could be screaming at the top of his lungs and no one at the bar would ever hear him. It's possible from the walk way in front of the stores someone could have. I would say that back in the hall way he...

It wasn't just Clint. In the interview with Det Hurst he said they both mentioned Brian going back to talk to the band. Meredith took a polygraph.

As far as I know there is no evidence of any type of drug history of any kind with Brian and that's accord to the police. Nothing wrong with having a theory but one's that are pure speculation I personally chose not to put much faith in. And it's not that I'm quick to dismiss it I personally...

Something else that I just recalled. Det. Hurst said that dogs were used on more than one occasion. I would love to know if those dogs came up with the same route as before and if they were the same dogs?

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying that. I was taking it as he went down there and was gone within minutes. So you think he got there pretty quick and died in there just as quick too?

There are 3 theories that the police have about what happened to Brian but from what I know they will not release them. If the scent dogs are wrong then we can completely dismiss that Brian went into the construction area. I find it curious that they think Brian did not enter the construction...

Good post. I'm curious as to why you think he was in the construction area so soon, within minutes?

I totally agree. If Clint is holding back on something this important then that is wrong on so many levels. If I was Brian's brother I would have talked to Clint by now and certainly got the answers I wanted assuming he knew anything.

What type of accident in either the service elevator or the construction site would make him disappear? Maybe think of it in a different way. What if someone was trying their best to hide from the police and had to hide somewhere in that building? What's the chances of them being successful even...

Yes I noticed the same thing. I think there are 3 of them in that general area. The closest one did not seem to be that close.

You could def be on to something although it has been said that Brian wasn't into drugs or at least in the way you are presenting it. This doesn't mean that it couldn't be true though. I read that Clint claimed to have gone to Brian's house the next day and sat in his car for 6 hours not...

Very good post!! Whole heartedly agree with the bold part. So Det Hurst said they checked the cameras at Wendy's and also the one at the drive through so now I'm wondering what their hours are?? Why would the drive through have cameras running after closing? OK so they close at 1am from what...

This case gets more complex by the day but maybe that's a good thing since we are finding out stuff we never knew. So if we assume that Brian was killed by a random stranger after he left the building then everything that happened at the Tuna doesn't matter. The fact he was the only guy in...

The more we learn he more we don't know. lol So I think the guys name is Nick. He mentions that the police think Brian left that building alive and he agrees. He said he was able to get an entire tour of all the entrances and more. They seem fairly confident that Brian is not behind a wall or in...

OK so just listened to the new podcast, awesome show!!! So it is believed that Brian went out the service elevator. Can you tell us approximately where it is located? So Brian went down the service elevator then entered into the construction area? So are we to assume that once he got off the...

From what I heard Det Hurst said there are no exits from within the bar.
