I did wonder if DS had actually had something to do with it, they seemed to be very friendly towards each other(DS and SH) Also the uncle doing the TV appeal, standard practice when it comes to the Police, its usually a suspect who they get to do these things. Tracie Andrews was forefront in...

You'd be amazed at what goes on round that estate at all times of the day and night and nobody takes any notice.

I have a few opinions about Mr DS but as we don't know the full facts of what's happened or any of the info the Police have i'll keep them to myself. All i will say is that i'm sure he was being watched closely too along with his two apelike friends.

Why would she report him in the morning, the Police work 24/7 Any NORMAL person would call an ambulance if there was an accident or call the Police if somebody just murdered or even accidently killed your own Granddaughter. Also if he had killed her on purpose would you really wait until...

If when i moved in there i'd seen a door to the loft next door i would have gone out and bought bricks , sand and cement. At what point would you even need a door unless you were up to no good, surely if you wanted to give something to the bloke next door you'd just take it round to them ...

The riots weren't actually that close , they were a few miles away in the town centre. They would need to drive or get a bus or tram to get to where the riots were. Where i live in Bromley, they looted shops in the town centre and i live not far away, within 10 minutes walking distance.

I'm still dubious about there being access to next door as i'm sure if a copper had even poked his head up there with a torch he would have seen a hole, door, gap or whatever there. I think the next search involved a copper actually getting up there and walking round a bit more than just having...

It amazes me he didn't try and do a runner or at least panic the first time they said they were going to search it.

the more run down shops are on an estate that has no council tenants at all, its all private, i used to live there too, my ex wife actually grew up there. Its also riddled with car crime, even had one of my own cars stolen from there and you can guess where they usually find these cars if...

Over the years there have been many murders on that estate, quite a few shootings and even the stabbing to death of a Police Sgt who confronted some armed robbers who were robbing a post office there in Calley Down Crescent in 1994. Sgt Derek Robertson, 39, was stabbed to death at New...

Not much further but why would anybody go shopping and then have to walk along a dual carriage way and up a hill to home instead of downhill along quiet local roads ? I guess we'll never know to be honest, only SH knows why they went there.

as soon as you go out of the top of that estate you have MILES of fields and woodland not acres. and it wouldn't have been the first time somebody from New Addington had murdered a member of their own family and dumped the body in those miles of open countryside if they had done.
