What is wrong with people?! Obviously not clear-headed, but did she really have to expose the patients? Now these people are going to have to deal with the nightmare of wondering if they have hepatitis, getting tested, etc. Lawsuits will probably be forthcoming!

I'm with Tinker...I think the advantadge is to the prosecution. It will be interesting, though, to see how the state handles what the Anthonys said initially vs. what is being said now during the depos. Having said that, I do agree to some extent that the defense will have a slight 'bonus'...

Here's my opinion for what it's worth...I don't think she killed baby Caylee for a thrill...I think the thrill came afterwards when she went out partying and was free to do what she wanted when she wanted. I think that in her head she had plotted and planned a couple of different scenarios...

Right...and I agree with you all...Susan Smith killed her children and then lied about them being kidnapped/car jacked! So now they're owning up to the fact that Casey killed Caylee by comparing her grief process to Susan Smith?! Either these people are completely incompetent as attorneys or...

In this case, the cost is worth it. The only people seeking justice for Caylee are complete strangers. There is no price tag on bringing her murderer to justice--and shouldn't be for anyone else who is a victim of a crime. Too bad the A's won't just stop this all and tell the truth...

I agree with a couple of the previous posters. The state could be forcing a new, more experienced defense for Casey by going for the DP. We all know how out of his league Baez is and Kennedy-Baden doesn't seem to do much at all. I was honestly speechless when I was watched the previous court...
