This is by far, the only SODDI defense that even seems reasonable and actually believable. I am going to try and pick it apart, as I've printed it out to make notes on it, but have to say, this is good.
2. A complete stranger, child perp, molestor, or killer, loose in the area.
I really did try to come up with a theory based on this hypothetical situation. The problem I have with the stranger is that KC did not call 911, did not act like a grieving mother whose child could be in danger...
1. Someone close to KC, who knows her, who knew baby Caylee, and who had access to the house, to car keys, to KC and to Caylee.
#1 - Motive
Dated KC, or friends with KC, and is jilted by KC's lies and/or betrayal. Decides to "get even" with KC. As a loving mother, what better way than to...
OK, this may be long, so please bear with me. First, I must state that for myself, I am 100% convinced that LE has the right suspect in custody.
However, I have always been a debater, both for and against things I believe in, and I do have some legal background.
That being said, to even...
It seems that the media is getting a bit lax about this case.
Remember when they published her Commissary orders? They no longer do that. Nor do they write about her account balance, visitor logs, etc. The documents are less and less as well. I wonder what the reason is for this?
She wasn't trying to comfort - she was doing damage control - she tried to do it with Tony as well.
In other words, act really nice to those around you and they will not turn on you - you can see it in her interviews with her parents as well - acting sweet and kind at times, especially with...
Hell yes - I totally agree - KC has a habit of using mix and match when coming up with details.
"Nanny's" home - Sawgrass and an old folks home across the street from another friend.
"Jeff Hopkins" just ran into him recently before her contrived story.
Zachary, Raquel, Juliette...
:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:
I totally agree.
Through a series of confusing stories and coincidences, it poses a quick "what if?" before common sense kicks in. She is a good liar, extremely lucky, but does not think the story through - spur of the moment - what will getme out of THIS jam...
CORRECTING MYSELF - I was absolutely wrong, thanks to those who posted the link again because I was going crazy trying to find it - all this time, I believed these emails were back and forth between Amy and Tony. Now that I know they're between Annie and Tony, changes my mind on her depo...
Good morning, sweet darling baby girl. I love you. I hope you're having lots of fun with all the other angels today. Go dance, baby girl. Dance and play and laugh with all of your new friends. I'm sending you so many hugs and kisses - can you feel them?
I think Annie at first bought KC's story and was terrified of putting herself in danger.
As far as the window, KC told Annie probably about the danger of the "nanny" but in reality, KC did not want a protestor outside her home to see her and perhaps take a "shot".
Are you sure you're not thinking about Amy? Amy did email Tony and ask that they get together and he said "Email is fine and preferable to me" so they emailed back and forth a few times.
Right, right - I should have clarified. I heard that KC did not, according to Annie, have a fake ID that she knew of, and then it seemed as though they were leading somewhere when they broke off for a break - I just think there was something discussed off camera. Just a hunch.
They go off camera when talking about things leading up to KC and the "fake id" and did Annie know anything about her having one and the traffic ticket on May 24.
Veeeerrrreeee interesting that they break here and come back and don't mention it again.
So, KC is out of jail, Annie doesn't want to be "the one that knows", which strangely I understand, and during one visit they hung out watching a movie with CA?
WATCHED A MOVIE WHEN YOUR DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER IS MISSING??????
I read somewhere (trying to find the article - if someone beats me to it, thanks!!!) that this 700 page doc dump is actually just copies of previously released information - meaning nothing new - and the defense was peeved that the state kept giving them what they already had.
You know, I re-read this interview, and was for some reason struck by how sad I feel now. I read this before, and it was just a part of the huge sadness - but now, reading it again, I started to cry for that precious little angel all over again. The fact that this little baby girl was in the...
