IMO, the redacted portions of the text messages, are messages MC was sending and receiving from someone else other than Terri. Kaine's attorney would need to show exactly what order and times these text messages took place (such as in the form of a monthly bill) and not just snip them...

But, how did DDS help abduct Kyron? Why was she needed to aid in the abduction? Terri could have easily gotten Kyron out of school on her own. If DDS crept into the school and told Kyron to come with her to the truck, so Terri could be seen by others leaving without Kyron (to create an alibi)...

I had this same scenario in my head, as well! The only part I couldn't make sense of, is why would Terri take DDS to school with her, only to drop her back off at work immediately afterwards? What would the purpose be to have DDS in the truck at the school?

So, was DDS working or at home gardening that day? I'm so confused! Either way, it appears she doesn't have an alibi for that morning. *If* DDS is involved in Kyron's disappearance, why? What does she have to gain? Why would a "friend" help out with something like this? I have my suspicions but...

I completely agree. This is exactly what I think DS was doing during her unaccounted time. Now if we could just figure out what that "something" was.

Sadly, this is an excellent point. If no one else is involved, that pretty much means Kyron is no longer with us. IMO, that's why Kaine chooses to believe someone else is involved, not because LE has presented him with evidence to the contrary. Accepting the idea of Terri doing this alone...

I don't understand why people make death threats in cases like this, it doesn't help anything. As far as her defense attorney calling this a "witch hunt", I wonder if that's the defense he is building?
