Someone else answered no to this but I respectfully disagree with that. I many high profile murder cases we do know the name but there are also plenty where we don’t. In initial court appearances the name is almost always suppressed. By the time trial comes around a lot of the time we know but...
That's a huge amount of alcohol - I guess when you're that age you're that age you're often still learning about your ability to process alcohol at large volumes. It's so sad, I bet she was just having a really fun night - loads of cocktails with what she thought was a nice cute guy.

This article has a detailed timeline of Grace’s last days, her ‘date’ with the accused and what the accused did in the subsequent days following Grace’s murder. TOS prevent me from copying and pasting it all here I think? The detail about what the accused did in the hours and days following the...
Agree. This whole thing reeks of a lame excuse. The fact that he watched *advertiser censored*, took intimate photos of Grace’s body and went on a tinder date with another girl while Grace’s body was in his room speaks volumes about his state of mind after he killed her.
Well. That is some truly disturbing information. I am utterly stunned that the defendant has the gall to plead guilty and put Grace’s family through this trial. Her poor family.
I wonder if it’s because of his activity on social media which could be construed as sleazy/ dubious. If they released that as a reason then people could maybe figure out who he is through going via Grace’s profile. Just a guess but that could be something that could prejudice a jury?
She went with him to his hotel room. She didn’t leave the hotel room alive. He took time off work and drove a rental car to the remote location the next day where her body was subsequently found. I really don’t see how he can be innocent.
From this stuff article - thought this was interesting.

If she was 40 in 2017 then she’s basically the same age as me and I was born in 78. In which case I think the tattoo would be a brothers birth date (twin who died) or a dad or brothers date of death.
If she’s upper end of the age range then it could be a sons DOB as well as the other options.
Welcome nessap. Great points about the name change process lead in time. I don’t have any answers but it’s intete to consider at what point in time she started the process and what may have triggered that.
It’s definitely interesting the way they are very bold in the way they talk about him. I think it’s the nature of podcasts. It seems like there’s more freedom and leeway in what people openly talk about on a podcast than there would be in any other mainstream media. It’s like there’s still a bit...
Very interesting point to ponder.
One scenario could have been that Marion’s love interest was posing as mr Remakel the whole time - through the personal ad and subsequent courtship of Marion. When Marion decided to leave with him/marry him/change her name he could have convinced her to have...
