exactly, no one ever said there wasn't a scuffle and prolly clipped gz nose - imo it was when gz tried to detain tm - but if tm thought he was being chased and the caught by a creepy guy - why can't he defend himself??? cuz tm was living there and had every right to be there

they were the same heigth, gz had 50 pds on tm and even his nurse practitioner said he was involved in intesive mma training at the time - so yea imo i do not think tm was a credible threat- especially w/ his teen age boys brain

in the tape he was pretty specific that he spread hout his arms all the way, so he could secure him so tn could not attack - even though he was dead - so w/ that story, there is no way the hands could still be under tm

i am listening to his dr on the stand right now, he had 2 superfucial lacerations on the back of his head that did not require stitches and didn't have any headaches, blurry vision or dizziness, so basically it was 2 little cuts

he was also face down dead in the grass for hours - which was over 10 feet away from the siedewalk, so i am not sure how he ended there if he was beating gz head into the side walk

it depends on which tape you listen to, he did not say he slid out in the reenactment tape he said he sat up and threw tm off

why couldn't gz catch up w/ him?? he took off after him as soon as tm tried to run away and if you look at gz pics then, he was in very good shape and he was training mma style defense - he could have caught him imo
