iirc it was after the tape of TA shooting guns that hall gave to hln, nurmi made a motion to subpena for the tape and that was when hall was put on the witness list, but i guess since they didn't use the tape, the didn't need hall as a witness to explain the tape

just fyi - matt didn't drive jodi to the rent a car place, it was the ppl who'd house she left her car at - i can't remember if it was her sister and husband or brother and wife, but thats who drove her either brother or BIL imo - it came out in court

i have a mac - but they way i did it is just drag a copy of the avitar i wanted to my desktop to save, then go to customize avitar option 2 (upload from your own computer) and you can either paste the jpg link there - or i was able to drag the image from my desk top and drop it into the box

from what i understood is the jury doesn't have to agree 100% on felony murder vs murder 1 - that the jusry could have 6 votes felony murder and 6 votes premed murder and that works as a M1 conviction - is that right?
