Court refuses to lower Drew Peterson's bail
An Illinois Appellate Court has refused to lower the $20 million bail that is keeping Drew Peterson jailed while he awaits trial on charges he murdered his third wife in 2004.
Petersons attorneys said in a statement theyre...
Exactly. And none of this would have happened if the Anthonys would've stayed away from Caylees dumping site. The ladies who left the disappearing crosses didn't know the Anthonys were the vandals, so how could they be trying to "poke" at the A's?? I am so sick of George & Cindy's...
It was actually 8:30pm not midnight and no child was in the women's car when the Milsteads & Anthonys chased their vehicle at 10:30pm... just wanted to clarify (please see link below).
With the one-year anniversary of Caylee's murder coming up, many people will be leaving something for...
Maybe not… but the lights were flashed & flashed to intimidate & harass someone into stopping their vehicle, and that IS illegal and extremely dangerous. If they had actually detained these women, that would be a charge of false imprisonment at the very least. And we can't forget that...
The owner never complained about trespassing or removed the items left for Caylee. If the owner doesn't think someone is trespassing, then it is not trespassing. The owner could actually permit mementos to be left for Caylee but then press trespassing & vandalism charges against anyone...
Wow, I didn't know that and I'd love to read more about it that is very serious. I had thought she was trying to get Cindy to stop contacting her 12-yr-old because it was upsetting the girl. Would you happen to have a link? Thanks! :)
How strange to not want others to pay tribute to Caylee - except if it's with money donated to their Cash Cow Foundation. Oops I meant the CMA foundation.
Sprocket was at the sentencing and has a terrific write-up, including Mrs. Clarkson's heart-breaking statement to the court. Sprocket also had some other VERY interesting tidbits, like Rachelle being seen "intimately touching" Roger Rosen (lawyer from 1st trial) in the parking lot! And she...
I grew up in Ventura and my parents still live there, so for me this is REALLY creepy. But it sounds like it's somehow related to his business, someone angry as opposed to a random robbery or a hit man that would probably use a gun with a silencer. And SO unbelievably sad for those kids. :(

Wonder if DP is his jovial, fun-loving old self this holiday weekend, with an unattainable bond and a body waiting to be identified. :D
"Peterson was a little bit taken aback by the decision not to reduce his bond at all, defense attorney Joel Brodsky said....
Peterson's bond stands at $20 million
Bond for Drew Peterson will stay at $20 million. At a hearing today in Will County Circuit Court, a judge refused a request by Joel Brodsky, Peterson's lawyer, to have the bond reduced. Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow also claimed Peterson...
