In my humble experience, as long as the legal guardian calls and informs school with a legal document, a CPS complaint will not be made. It is the responsibility for the legal guardian to notify the school so as such complaint will not be made. Teenagers get mono and miss loads of school but...

They are very very very strict with that now. I work for my local DSS and very closely with CPS and I can't tell you how vigilant schools are these days and it does, in fact, start very early with kiddos as young as this one... on another note...I believe the sport of throwing people...

Ummm by listening to the biomommy talk about why she and the dad split doesn't sound good... she is saying that she didn't have the heart to keep the kids from the dad. And that when he was supposed to return them, he didn't and next thing she knew, there were court issues going on... A...

Someone a couple of pages back stated that she felt that the sheets and brick were kind of a cover up done by the g/f. I agree. I do believe that that is exactly what she was doing in that 45 minutes before the call...
