The toxicology results likely are needed to explain why she ended up in the tank and to explain her odd behaviour in the elevator.... I still think there is a probability that it was freak accident.... Time will tell...

Here's a opinion.... 1. Elisa's video antics are the result of her mental illness and current meds... 2. She gets to the roof on her own... 3. She stumbles upon drug users, (hence the graffiti on the tanks)... 4. Possible OD, they get her to go in the tank, or they put her in the tank...
