I just came back from making all the rounds required for my weekly trip to town. One of my encounters told me that her son-in-law is in law enforcement in a neighboring county and they were asked to help in the search on the LE search only day (I can't remember what day). They found nothing...
It's interesting that you should bring this up as a topic. I have heard a lot of underground talk about women being kidnapped in Tennessee and then taken to the local regional airport (very close to HB's home) and flown out of the area.
Honestly, I didn't give it much thought because it...
One thing I've taken note of since moving down here is that the "normal business day" begins much earlier than what I would consider the norm. Even the electric department, water department, etc opens for business at 7:00 or 7:30 in the morning.
I don't know if that makes a difference here...
I really was only joking. I have a tendency to TRY to be funny when things get heavy. I guess it's my own coping mechanism and I hope I didn't offend you (or anybody else).
Oh Kim - This had me literally LAUGHING OUT LOUD!
It's gotten to the point that we are being encouraged to banter a bit about the RSO's!
It's not really funny, but I am still laughing!
:great: YAY! Let's bash the sex offenders!
Sincerely....thank you for this!
Nothing about Holly on the local news tonight. We have bad weather here again...storms and flash flood warnings.
It's bad when the only new news is the weather - and there's not much new about that either.
Local news is finished. Today was the anniversary of the horrible floods we had last year, and many of the areas here are under flood advisories again tonight. That, coupled with the reporting of OBL being dead, left not a lot of room for anything else.
No mention of Holly tonight. :(
I have read so many conflicting stories, my head can't keep it all straight. There was even a report that what the neighbor heard was the mother screaming when she arrived back home.
I keep thinking that a week from today is Mother's Day. I pray KB doesn't have to go face Mother's Day still not knowing the whereabouts of her daughter.
If I lived in a tight community and knew my neighbors very well and heard a scream in the neighborhood, I think that I would call the neighbor's house first to see if everything was ok or to ask them if they heard anything, before I would call 911.
That's just my opinion of course.
WSMV.com reported that authorities said the 911 center received two phone calls the morning Holly was abducted - one call was from Clint, the other was from a woman police did not identify.
It is well-known that Clint called 911, but it has not been confirmed who made the second call...
EVENTUALLY being the key word here. Had he taken Holly in her car, it would have given him at least several hours when everybody would believe Holly to be in school - AND LE would not be able to ascertain exactly where she disappeared from once they began looking. They would also have no...
It is my understanding that DS was ruled out very quickly. I believe that the family members called him first looking for Holly and he had been at work - or other some place with a very solid alibi.
