When reading this it made me immediately think of Kim and Julia because it could easily apply to both, but for very different reasons. For Julia it could be that she didn't want her immediate family to know exactly what she was doing within her new found adult freedom that perhaps wouldn't be...

Thanks for sharing Spell! Glad to see they got the guy on 12 out of the 17 counts he was facing! After reading other articles regarding the case, it helped answers some questions I had when (upthread) Gitana1 thought it was strange why there was only 1 count in the current case we are all...

Have you asked LE why they are not doing all of these things you think they should be doing? Did you get answers? If you did, would you please share them with us? I'm very curious to know why as well.

I was getting a creepy vibe as well, but not sure if it's because such a horrible crime was committed there or if I still have bad vibes from picking up my husband's ashes just a few miles down the road and could have swore the people I had to deal with were straight out of the movie...

I've never heard of this song, but then again I have never cared for any of Led Zepplin's music. Interesting choice to put out here. I'm glad my mind doesn't take me wondering in this direction.

I do agree with you to the extent of the material falling within (or so we've been told) the definition of child *advertiser censored*. Guess we have to wait and see what it actually is, as unlike some other cases in the news lately we've been told ages of the children. We have yet to hear even a guesstimated...

Thank you. What could be the reasoning behind the judge not feeling the minor child would be in danger if it was child *advertiser censored*?

They are one in the same. The parental custody case was held in Probate Court.

It is rather puzzling isn't it? Makes you wonder if it's really child *advertiser censored* at all doesn't it?

Thank you for your expertise! You have made a great sense to me! Thank you, thank you! You mentioned upthread about the supervised visits (who is allowed to supervise, correct?)... this will be an important indicator to where things really stand. Also, if the prosecution withdrew the...

Isn't it likely the Prosecutor for Probate Court consulted with the Prosecutor for Circuit Court to see exactly what the "evidence" is in the criminal case against JT before they made a decision to dismiss?? Sure makes me wonder...

My guess would be that the Criminal Court did agree to modify the conditions and allow JT to see his minor daughter.

I bet the the initial Petition was an interesting read. Discrepancies in the initial petition could have been called into question and proven inaccurate (by LE & CPS testimony) on a few separate points which could have changed the allegations to Neglect. Just my opinion and speculation of course

It would be easy to document if or if not monies were used out the Justice for Julia fund for such a large amount of money. I'm guessing not even a dime has been used.

The issue with JT not going to LE is redundant at this point. How many times has it been posted and reposted? We differ greatly on effective means to get cooperation. It's been stated LE is stalled until they get this information. Lt. Deric Gress states there are DEFINITELY no suspects and...

It is reasonable to assume that LE enlisted the help of any/all agencies to help with the Cyber investigation from the moment they found out Julia had multiple internet accounts for no other reason than that. Julia's beautiful face, daily thoughts and activities were posted for all the world to...

November 26, 2012 was a Monday. Is it possible that returning back to school after a weekend at home Julia discovered something wrong in her room/apartment causing her to post the Trust No One comment?

On this comprehensive list you have so graciously provided us, do you have a news article or statement from LE linking JT to CB's murder you could share? I believe I missed it. Thank you.
