I simply asked if there was an offer of help to fix such a perceived "troublesome" problem.

We could go tit for tat on this. When visitors were so worried about the door, was there an offer to purchase one for them?

Hmm... money for groceries or money for a bathroom door? Which one would I do? I'd buy a curtain and buy groceries!

Why would anyone put money into a home that was not theirs with the risk of not being paid back by the owner and possibly be charged damages for installing something the owner did not agree to? I've rented from a "slum lord" once and learned my lesson! I take MIMOMMY's statements to be two...

I agree with you that we can sleuth about their connections outside of JT.

5/18/98 – grandparents accept appointment as guardian and continues through 2000. 2/2000 – end of guardianship No further petitions for guardianship for ANY reason. It leaves me with questions as the alleged abuse seemed to be rather disturbing. Records from Probate would never be...

Do you know if it was an executed Search Warrant in Dec 2014? IF it was executed, do you know why the computer was the only electronic device removed from the home at that time? I would assume the legal difference in voluntary and involuntary would be if the warrant was executed or not.

Do you seriously think the courts are going to give up the photos to anyone other than officers of the court??? If they did it would be considered Distributing Child *advertiser censored* for goodness sakes!! OR is it NOT child *advertiser censored* at all???

Roses, I have heard the same rumblings. Invasion of her personal space (being in her room w/o permission or presence) and doing drugs. Both of which would be rather upsetting to a young lady who didn't partake in the drugs and left other peoples possessions alone. I thought I heard that one...

It's not early and going exactly as expected. Sometimes it helps to have first hand info and an understanding of legal proceedings to muddle through the system.

Has anyone seen any recent news casts or media articles regarding "new or additional" information released for this case? How about additional charges from originally presented? I can't find even one! Guess I get to keep my paycheck! The Pretrial today was uneventful (as expected) and moving...

Pretrial had been postponed until today due to JT's attorney being involved in another trial. Pretrial was never waived in Circuit Court, only District Court. The Trial is scheduled for June 29th. I'm not sure if I ever read MIMOMMY stating the charges would be dropped. I think it may have...

Please forgive me for not answering sooner! Work, kids and grandson make for a wonderful day! What other family members? It would be nice to see them announce publicly exactly what their intentions are and then not sway from it!

You're right we do have different values and aspirations... I don't agree with public humiliation as a means to get cooperation or a statement which you easily sided with earlier upthread. Filled with love and support? Where? Of course I don't want her on here simply for the psychological...

I have never contacted a Mod to have any posts removed, and only questioned a minor child's name being repeatedly mentioned. I realize that both Kim and Jen are amazing individuals, but I respectfully disagree with you about how they will be treated out here as they have already been labeled as...

As much as we could use their help out here I fear anything they would say would be shredded to pieces. JMO :(
