I'm not saying that business owners are prevented from intalling security cameras, just that everything on the outside, from the paint color of the building to the signage, has to be approved by the HOA.

That's how I interpreted it as well.

I don't know if TE owned his building or not, but any changes/additions to the outside of the building would have to be approved by Market Commons which has fairly rigid rules. Also, the owner(s) would probably want to take into consideration the privacy of any upstairs tenants before installing...

OT: I'm not sure if obsessive is the right word; what type of person plans out every restaurant they're going to eat each of their three meals a day for an eleven day vacation...five months in advance?! This is disturbing in the event that Heather's disappearance was planned in advance. JMO...

I would imagine they would ask for support on the FB page if they want people to come out. They did just plan another candlelight vigil for Heather this Sunday evening at PTL.

Number 6 definitely is the closest center to both PTL and the Moorer's house. Other than changing the address it looks like the Waste Authority hasn't updated their map since they closed the center in back of Socastee High and opened the newer center off the 544...the marker for center #6 should...
