Sheri Coleman, sons Garett and Gavin murdered 5-5-09, Columbia, IL. Pt4

Well we are winding down here aren't we? The main things the prosecution will look at will be: Did CC have the time to commit these murders? Yes, according to zip-tie guy, this could have been done quickly within his time line to jive with his story, even putting the TOD within range...

Sheri Coleman, sons Garett and Gavin murdered 5-5-09, Columbia, IL. Pt4

There are a few simple things that point serious fingers in CC's direction: 1) If he was indeed being stalked/threatened, the "perp" could've done this anytime CC was on the road rather than risk a confrontation. 2) If they were indeed "framing" him for the murders, they would not have...

Sheri Coleman, sons Garett and Gavin murdered 5-5-09, Columbia, IL. Pt3

Just some observations here: I) Did CC lawyer up before he contacted Sheri's family? 2) I was watching TV and caught a portion of what I believe was the funeral....CC was with a man and woman leaning against a car...the man was putting his arm around CC to "comfort " him and the woman was...

    Brad Cooper Indicted

I remember that early on in the affadavit phase that NC had told friends or family that Brad had threatened suicide last year. I was wondering if his narccisistic self can handle the reality of his situation...out of cash and out of luck and rapidly losing his defenders. He thought he was so...

    Brad Cooper Indicted

How wonderful to see the wheels of justice starting to turn in this case...seeing his picture in the orange and white jumpsuit has me wondering if Brad will be placed on a "suicide watch"...seems to be one of his MO's.

The contents of a vacuum cleaner would be very important and not to man bash, but most men would not think to remove the bag after cleaning up a murder scene....

Ewww I just had a super creepy thought...maybe that was the shovel that BC killed NC with from their own home and he dumped it there at the construction site when he dumped her body...then when he was back out there, he picked it up again in front of witness so it would explain his fingerprints...

He repeatedly lied about his affair with HM to Nancy, then HM outed him. This is a proven lie , his credibility is veddy veddy low indeed. Does it make him a murderer? No. Does it make him a liar? Yes. What else has he lied about? I guess we all shall see. Of to bed and catch some...

And, this wouldn't convict the man of murder, for sure, but it does put him in the shaky credibility category....BUT he had an affair and lied continuosly to his wife about it, until he was outed by the other woman. We have yet to see documentation on HT and phone records, this will all be...

I have a feeling that LE is protecting everything so when it goes to trial there is no chance of mistrial through gathering and protecting of evidence and making sure that BC gets his due process and isn't tried through the media , and also, it helps to keep things really quiet so you can pick a...

Hi ROy, AS I recall from reading the book by Bugliosi, there was no testimony from the other family members that convicted Charlie Manson. They in fact protected him. Exception being Tex Watkins who testified of the Helter Skelter philosphy, and CHalies vision of violence. But what I am...

HI Roy23, Actually there couldn't be a trial based on what we have as evidence right now.....we have no TOD, COD or DNA findings. BUT is there enough to name him as a POI, yes...but LE is choosing to play this one very close to the vest and not naming him. Plus the mumbo jumbo of that term...

Well if he DID offer a reward, it wouldn't be a point for prosecution to bring up then would it? Whether the marraige sucked , as you put it, or not wouldn't have bearing on this, she is still the mother of his children and a member of the community, a reward would put him in a much better...

I'm merely saying that it is all part of case building. His actions after she went missing are suspect from the moment of the 911 call from JA. Most LE would NOT show up at your house for at least 24 hours on a missing spouse. They are watching his demeanor and it will be part of the trail...

Well actually, they would have more to go on ,of course, like opportunity and motive....and his actions after she went missing would all be involved as his "demeanor". These things are all tools for the DA, in fact defendant demeanor is always part of trial and especially closing arguments...

Huge or not, the point being, BC never offered a reward for the killer/killers of Nancy. Even if the marriage was strained , my God , wouldn't you move heaven and earth to find the person who killed Nancy.....or hire a PI to clear yourself? As far as Scott Heider is concerned , wouldn't you...

Hi guys, Geez, I go outa town and hoped when I came back, maybe, maybe someone was charged! Anyway, love all the theories on WHY BC drove around for soooooo long with those girls...so far here's what I've seen .... 1) Car wash (love this) 2) Disposing of something 3) Being seen as...

that particular law is called "loss of consortium"...meaning the fall prevented his wife from bring able to have "marital relations" with him. People sue for this in injury cases all the time. It cracks me up....
