I'm still here, just haven't been posting much because there has been nothing new to add... we've basically been going around in circles and rehashing previously covered topics. I never posted the carwash thing as a fact.

Nothing much new. The info I posted way back when was overheard, spoken by LE. -MC was at the Superwash around 4 (the one next to Dusty's Burger, not 5th Ave) -Male attendance told LE he remembers her in her car with a male passenger. I never heard anything about her needing help with the...

If this rumor about an arrest/s was true, I would think someone with a scanner would have overheard something.:twocents:

If the homicide did not take place in Chelan Co (CB, etc), said individual would not be booked in Chelan Co.

Just realized I posted this on the previous thread after this new one was started. So... I'll re-post: For those of you interested, here is a link to current CB water levels: http://www.gcpud.org/resources/resRe...escent_Bar.jpg Gives you an idea of how much the water level can fluctuate...

For those of you interested, here is a link to current CB water levels: http://www.gcpud.org/resources/resRecreation/boatlaunchimages/Crescent_Bar.jpg Gives you an idea of how much the water level can fluctuate, and why MC's feet being in the water of the river and/or stream may/may not be of...

I would guess that MC had low self-esteem, and therefore routinely attracted "bad boys".

Unless the LE source is assigned to the case, I wouldn't expect them to say any different. I am best friends with a Chelan Co. Sheriff who is detective (not assigned to this case). He doesn't know jack, or he is being extremely tight-lipped about it. And for what its worth, he said he figured...

I wouldn't read too much into that. Guys and girls are different in that respect. I'm always fidgety and in a hurry when I'm in Supercuts, because IMO its a waste of time and money and there is always something of consequence that I'd rather be doing.

I believe that since the beginning of 2006 U.S. cell phone companies have been required to have the ability to pinpoint 911 calls from a cell phone to within 100 meters. The 15 miles days are a long time ago. Agreed. I was talking about cell phone tower pings, not E911 calls. As far as...

speculation 15 miles was pertaining to rural areas with minimal service towers

I did a little research on cell phone tracking. This is what I came up with... GPS off: -In an urban or downtown setting, depending upon the number of towers, can accurately determine location of cell phone to approximately 150ft -In rural setting, much worse accuracy based on number of...

Makes me wonder if that is the point, and possibly the point of any "leaks" by LE... Maybe to make the POI feel more comfortable and relax his guard, do something stupid, like say, toss out a smashed cell phone, or try to bury some bloody clothes, etc

Warning: Graphic! I think this is a fairly probably order of events for the COD: 1. Killer either from along side of, or behind MC slams her head against something hard (Kitchen counter, etc) 2. Killer begins strangulation with hands from behind. 3. Things are not going as easily as killer...
