Quote from the interview, to the best of my interpretation, LOL. "They neglected to do that so we lost some of this data that we were hoping to get to determine where certain people were, ummm and when they used their phones, especially Mackenzie's phone, some of the data was dumped or...

I got the impression that it was both hers and someone else's. I'll have to listen to that portion again.

OK, found it. The supreme court banned the DP against minors nationwide in 2005, so no minor is eligible for capital punishment in any state. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A62584-2005Mar1.html

Here's a site that lists capitol offenses by state: http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/crimes-punishable-death-penalty#BJS Washington only lists aggravated murder 1, no reference to minors. I'll keep looking. Aggravating circumstances in Wa usually means premeditation. Of course federal...

I think so too. It rules out a lot of scenarios.

I know. It's unacceptable. AFAK the only carrier for the LG ENV is Verizon.

From your link- "V. In no event shall any person under the age of 18 years at the time the offense was committed be culpable of a capital murder." So obviously we are looking at an adult. Not news to me, but may be of interest to others who were considering a minor as a possible POI.

Yup. Good news from an investigative standpoint, IMO. Either scenario indicates that that they have a well thought out timeline and a POI. ETA- of course the prosecutor will have to determine what charges apply after an arrest, but obviously LE thinks that this was a capital offense.

I took it to mean that they never saw them at all since they were purged by the carrier.

More thoughts- He referenced blood tests as being more time consuming than DNA. I assume he means toxicology and that it is not back yet. WOW thought- He referred to this as a capital crime when he was talking about the state helping with funding. That would mean they are thinking first...

Great interview at the golakechelan website. Some thoughts- He basically confirmed that there was phone activity at the boat launch, and also said that a carrier had purged some phone records that would have been critical to the investigation. He specifically mentioned Mac's phone but it...

Personally I think this guy is a loser wanna-be and tough talker, like most of the juggalos I've had the displeasure to come across. They are all carbon copies of each other. Much of the violent writing is c&p lyrics. I bet the rumor that LE was looking for items from him was false, just a...

Ewww, I know. The whole thing just makes me want to gag. And this 3-2-1 Productions claims to be Christian based. Newsflash, if you want to boost self confidence and help these tweens in a good moral direction, tuck their *advertiser censored* back in, and put some damn pants on them. Don't hide behind...

He or someone with his name does have a lot of priors as a defendant in both Chelan and Douglas counties, but I can't tell what they are for. Could be speeding tickets for all I know. Didn't see anything in "news of record" on the WW website.

Just gross. Some of those pics are really nice, and some are just.... ugh. Even assuming that everything is legally on the up and up, he is putting himself at massive risk just by virtue of being alone with these teens. He better have some other professionals at these "photo shoots" to cover...

Yuck, good lord. Who's idea is it to make them so sexualized???? Never, ever would I allow my daughter to do modeling of this kind at that age. It's too adult.

I'm not seeing anything you guys are talking about, even using every search engine I can. WS is the first result, no other results contain this full sentence.

I think I remember that speculation. I'm as positive as anyone not directly involved could be that a firearm was not involved in this crime though, LE has not been to area gun shops inquiring about firearms.
