I would not be surprised if this person is under surveillance at the moment. Don't worry - it can take some time to get the person and have enough GOOD, SOLID evidence. Trust me, I'm a paralegal (only pointing out that I know how to do my analysis and research - carefully) and I'm SO impatient...

The bridge has a geocaching (sp?) thing. People were talking about the last person to put something there (or whatever you do) - he has the same initials as someone else.... not the same guy, though.
