I don't recall LE stating they found DNA in the truck 'cause that would be BIG news! I was of the impression that the truck matched the truck that night going to and from PTL, therefore it was considered evidence on the property.

imo, it is not pointless. for arguments sake, if Heather and SM were communicating in some other fashion other than his cell phone, his lawyer may use that to his advantage, that SM cared for Heather and would never harm her and that he didn't set her up. put the blame totally on his wife. imo...

imo,the ie charges add to the harassment of Heather by TM. TM was baiting Heather, obsessed with Heather. goes to motive as well.

Imo, prior to the case means shortly before 3:41am. Heather went missing after 3:41. Remember Sidney lied about where he and his wife were that night. So when he admiited to the ie charges LE checked surveillance videos or vice versa.

I always assumed that evidence "on the property" was the truck. Since LE said that it only added to or confirmed what they already knew.
