Correct. Shirt was found in November 2009, Morgan was found end of January 2010.

One reason I'd agree with the DNA coming from Morgan rather than the shirt is that the shirt was recovered in Nov. 09 and I would imagine had been tested for DNA soon after being found. If DNA found on the shirt was linked to the Faifax rapist I think it would have been broadcast before July...

I did not see the resemblance in the digitally aged sketch for 2010, however, the 2005 sketch looked very much like JM sans dreds re: his 2007 photos. It would be nice to compare the resemblance between 2004/05 photos of JM to the 2005 sketch.

I would assume they did both though we really have no way of knowing for certain since all search warrants have been sealed.

I may be wrong but I thought when police searched JM's car they later came back with two warrants - one for his residence and one for his phone. If I can find the information I'll post it. If so this would have been around Sept. 19-20 which would add a few extra days to analyze the data.

O Not really. It is located in Amherst County (west of Rt. 29) I'd say approximately 40-50 miles from the discussed search area (not totally certain of the mileage).
