Yes! I wonder how common it is to keep kids out of the medical eye (when calls to dcf have been placed previously) so as not to bring dcf back on them, even for a “random” accident. You have to wonder what goes through these parents minds.

I agree, but will say I think a tip consisting of 96 and Woodlawn, coupled with factual evidence they may have had at the time, could have pointed to exactly where they searched. The tip, if given, was vague enough to be able to be misconstrued. I’m chalking it up to lack of exact information...
LE and FBI would not have opened up a search like that at 96 and Oliver, and 96and Woodlawn solely off of a tip- there was more information pointing to that area.
