Yes, I realize that. Was just pointing out that there has been somebody who has claimed that Cosmo was/is intelligent, contrary to what the person I was responding to said.
Just at face value, a 158 IQ is frankly unbelieveable in it self.
They haven't had to move really any of the concrete slabs AFAIK.
In the pictures pre-digging it looks like there was freshly placed gravel on the area where the current hole is. Somebody posted pictures ~10 pages back.
Well a friend of his has actually came forward and said exactly that -- or at the least that Cosmo claimed to have "an IQ of around 158".
"A friend of DiNardo’s told Heavy.com that “six or seven months” before his arrest, though another source said the injury occurred closer...
This is a theory that I'm really getting drawn to. Possibly a botched robbery by CD on JP over a pair of sneakers (or something else), others were brought into to help dispose of evidence or the body (willfully or not), and things went south again. Or CD simply decided to take out all potential...
This really is an underrated theory, though it's hard to imagine what items he could be selling that would have that much value to rob and kill over. Unless it was a botched robbery...but multiple times in the same week? And CD didn't get spooked after committing the first one?
And then trying to sell the car the day after the disappearance of the owner.
Not to mention DF's phone pinging on the property. Correct me if I'm wrong, cell phones don't ping if they're turned off.
Parts of the case seem fairly thought out (the entire burial process), but other parts seem...
I think it's been concluded that he was likely selling the car to get rid of evidence, not to make money.
And the guy is a clearly a huge sneaker fan. If you're into the hobby of collecting Air Jordans, buying and selling them just comes with it. I mean, just because a kid is wealthy or spoiled...
Ground penetrating radar was mentioned in a previous thread I believe. Or they could have just been led to it from disturbed dirt, tracks, etc.
There was also Google Earth images from 2011 showing a hole or some type of small construction being done on that exact spot.
Yes, I realize that a county isn't a city. But the general areas we're talking about really are far from being considered "small communities". I.E. A small town where everybody knows each other and each other's business. Bensalem, and even the New Hope/Doylestown area are pretty dense suburban...
<modsnip>
No offense, but are you from the area? A "small community"? That doesn't really describe any of the locations key to this investigation. We're talking about the suburbs of one of biggest cities in the country....there are MILLIONS of people that either live or travel through Bucks...
