Thank u!!!! Finally someone answered my question...as even though i am not realtor i could not imagine him do a scam on that house....just didnt make sence to me at all....

So if he was a refferal he wasnt targeting beverly ...

I dont think he planned this crime as otherwise he would know they will be right after him since she had his number on her phone....jmo

If he harmed her in the house he would had to carry her body out before 8:30pm...thats when her husband arrived...or since he had a knife on him he could have made her get into his car...

It was just strange he didnt report her missing...and she msged her bf that morning that she couldnt find her house key so to leave the door open....was reading it somewhere..

Are there any news on this case....was her bf rulled out as a suspect?

Thats what i think...it doesnt make much sence..obviously LE has more infos on this case just cant really share it with public yet...i think his motive was sexual..thats just my opinion...it doesnt make much sence for scam or anything like that..just wondering if she was already in the house...

May be because i am not in realtor bussines i dont quite understand the scam he might was thinking to do...i mean the house belongs to someone so how could he think he can do a scam...sorry just not familiar with this
