    WM3 are guilty- Evidence.

That's a pretty bold and sweeping statement. How do you back that up with evidence?

    WM3 are guilty- Evidence.

I think we both know this is not a real argument in favor of the WM3.

    WM3 are guilty- Evidence.

"People lost interest"? Well, clearly that's not the case, at all. I see you're continuing with the personal attacks. It's actually quite sad.

    WM3 are guilty- Evidence.

That's ridiculous. It would be all over the news. And if there were any evidence whatsoever pointing to anyone but the 3 convicted killers, the Hollywood machine behind Echols would have used it to clear their darlings. And nobody is going to walk in and confess. Misskelley already did that...

Could Jessie Be a Victim of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome?

Wow. So we've made the leap from "Jessie only confessed XX number of times so he could see his daddy" or whatever it is to him having fetal alcohol syndrome and that's what caused him to keep confessing?

Not even worth breaking this down. You use speculation and your opinion as proof/facts, which they simply are not. You present yourself as some sort of insider, with intimate knowledge of what people think, and state your thoughts, which are based on emotion, as hard data, which they are not...

    WM3 are guilty- Evidence.

He was investigated and has been cleared. There's no real evidence linking him to the crime. If there was, the WM3 and their multi-million dollar celebrity driven machine would've uncovered it and broadcasted it all over the place. The WM3 committed this crime, end of story.

    WM3 are guilty- Evidence.

Exactly. That's ridiculous. Clearly he was the only one who felt guilt and some remorse and wanted to clear his conscience. The other 2 psychopaths had no such notion.

June 3, 1993: The first confession, to local detectives. Admittedly there are times when it seems like his answers are manipulated, but there are also times when Jessie sticks to his word regardless and times when the detectives accept his answers. August 19, 1993: Jessie meets with his defence...

Completely untrue. He got a LOT right. And child murderers aren’t known to be fully truthful and accurate in their descriptions. They tend to change facts in order to mitigate their involvement. Just like Jessie did. You can keep saying he’s “retarded” and...

Misskelley is not retarded. One (claimed by you) inaccuracy in the 500 does not, in any way, negate the validity of that document. In Misskelley's NUMEROUS confessions pre and post conviction, he got many details right, including things only someone present would know. Being drunk does not...

    Really? It's obvious to me.

Apologies if this has been addressed - does anyone know, were the videos/pics uploaded to the cloud, and her phone was missing, or they have her phone and pulled the images directly from it?

A great article highlighting the brilliance of McCauley's interrogation skills. HUGE respect to this guy. http://www.calgarysun.com/2017/06/28/cool-questioner-broke-saretzky-case-open

It's up to him - 25, 50 or 75 years before parole eligibility. If he gives him 25 - Sartezky will be eligible to come out when he's still in his 40's - and still a killer with a bloodlust. I want to see if he has the gumption to do what the Judge in the Garland case did - 75 before PE. That...

Yes, this destroyed the lives of many, many people. What an evil, evil monster. And so callous still. Smirking and not giving a f*ck. Makes me wonder how he hid his evil from everyone.

I imagine they'll recommend 3 consecutive sentences. Now let's see what kind of a man the Judge is.

That made me laugh. A moment of levity in a dark thread. Justice is DONE.
