TB is down to 404 friends, just lost one in the last half hour....didn't it start at 450+? Still, 404 friends is quite high... :waitasec: I can't imagine who would want to be on that friends list! I'm disgusted that I even have mutuals :ouch:

Still, every prisoner has the right to ask for clothes, and I know if it were me, video or not...I'd want to look as respectful as I can. After all..I'd be facing a judge! No news on what she was dressed in, and as someone else mentioned, if they were lawyer-ed up, you would think the...

Honestly, I don't think the family has much say in that...but I don't know. It would be the lawyers asking, as they don't want their cases 'soiled'

The murder 1 case we were talking about last night...I don't remember the timelines and such but my goodness, it went to court fast! She was found mid October, hung jury in May or so...that's only 7 months. I wish I had of followed that a bit better but I hope the hung jury wasn't because of...

You are right, they very well COULD be in Sarnia. I have a hard time seeing it, it's already overcrowded...but, a possibility. We still don't know what today's hearing was about though, except that it was postponed until the 31st...was it to appoint lawyers? Surely they can't have disclosure...

Good God, let's hope and pray it doesn't take that long. :( Personally I think one of the 2 will cave and tell all...I just can't work out which one. The younger one that can't deal with pressure or the older one that has more sense and has seen more and hopefully IS thinking about her children...

Just as well all figured, video court...from London or wherever they are. 8:30 this morning, makes sense. I wonder how many people are at the courthouse waiting for a glimpse of the perps LOL Gonna be a long wait! Pub ban...darn!

Morning folks :) I cannot believe how much stuff I had to read through to get to here, in 12 hours LOL Just as most of you, I was up all night ... again! Hoping for some news today but I don't think we're going to get much :( Still very confused as to where the hearing is going to take...

I just went to my FB and for places lived it shows the same spot. I don't think FB pinpoints actual addresses, just that it's Sarnia.

NYE wasn't especially cold. I was out with a sweater on only. Having said that, I wasn't out 'playing in the snow'. It was a mild night, no wind.

Thanks, I googled his name and only old news articles came up. I thought I heard there would be another trial and was surprised I never heard anymore. Small town like this, it's a wonder it was a hung jury. Another reason why I hope this case is an out of town case.

That is the case I've been trying to think of all night, was right on the tip of my tongue and driving me bonkers. Figured the case was an easy one....all evidence pointed to him. Murder 1...he got bail...then a hung jury. Never heard anymore after that. He hired an out of town lawyer.

That is the first I've heard or seen London court...typo? Sarnia court house, probably 3rd floor. They normally put up the dockets shortly after 9am

You are right, and the bus was free up until 2:45 on NYE...she was right beside the bus terminal. There were a few things going on downtown...but my question is, why was she last saw at Imperial Theatre...what was going on there, or did someone just see her near there as being her last place seen?

Cases at the Sarnia courthouse start usually 9, 9:30 or 10. Normally trials start at 9. I can imagine it will be a zoo down there. Last time I was there for a family hearing we had a man being accused of murdering his wife...her name isn't coming to mind atm and I wish I could remember. This...

If you zoom around and stuff, see the woodlot, and take out all that long grass because of the snow, you have a ditch :(
