I'm on board with that being a plausible theory. This hunt club address is on a private road and in an isolated spot where he could carry out the crime and take his time carrying it out and/or switch vehicles to avoid the heat of the search. Not to mention the hunt club dissolves a few months...

I think we need to look beyond physical evidence at this point.
Here's where I'm at: Reeling in all circumstantial evidence and eliminating the other plausible theories. I'm aware that with this comes personal speculation based on a lot of digging and studying the facts of the case. IMO...
