Hi, I was informed Sam VD was trying this case but things change.. that was when he was originally arrested and charged. Also, legal aid is very different to pro-bono work. Many lawyers take work for the challenge or the cause (Malcolm Mc Cusker) who certainly don’t need the money. I asssume...

Given I know the KK victim she is also a similar look to the the girls, slim, petite (height) but brunette..perhaps there is some truth to this..I think he personally just hung out in the dense bushes in Rowe Park and waited for someone to wander past there in his early opportunistic days...

Yep I bet! All the Bayley prior history was suppressed until after the trial but I do recall some information coming out during it all? Bayley had a jury trial and was still found guilty.. there were strict suppression orders there tho.. not sure how that compares here with BRE case?

Speaking of that sicko Bayley that killed Jill Meagher.. do you think BRE (alleged) is more this personality type, the predator who rapes and kills, just that he was better able to mask it than Bayley? It must take a lot out of you have to cover up your true self that much of the time so...

Hey, it was a local that posted it, coincidental that searching the lake the same day as BRE charged obviously led him to draw conclusions. It was on the ABC Facebook site where he linked his wife to the comment. The whole post on the ABC page has been removed!

I agree, very difficult to dispose of a car! Am Interested in this lake, is it a set up like Hyde Park which is a bustling type place with no car access or is it more like Herdsman lake which is more natural and with dense bush? Thx

So sad! Apparently one of the Facebook posters on the ABC site said that there were police divers today at Tomato lake.. I assume that is in the Huntingdale area but never been there.. Coincidence?

Hi! That’s really strange, can it identify who it’s registered to now then assuming it says it’s current? Police obviously can trace this.. do you think it’s a red herring?

Again I'm shocked at the quality level of the images and footage. I still wonder why they (police/media/Club) have chosen to put such grainy images out there. When we were asked by police to attend the offices where the footage was much clearer, you could actually make out people. I could see...

This is a good point. Can anyone verify that these 2 law firms were ever in the same building on st George's terrace? I have been to both offices recently and also back in late 90's but can't remember them ever being in the same building. If so there was always plenty of opportunity to chat in...

Hi yes this is the day care centre with he shade sails. The reason for the writing on the bins is because locally people go and dump their rubbish on the verge of the cemetery on govt road..bit wrong!

Yes this is correct. Court Listings are only for trials or directions hearings and mainly in the disctrict and Supreme Court. You would have to go down in the morning and check on the boards there which court his videolink will be in?

Actually no Foolio, R v Daley (NSW Supreme Court 2001), police set up a RBT unit to collect DNA from the plastic tube you throw away. The suspect was an alleged sexual offender at the time. This is the last I will comment on this matter, and yes probable cause is amercian, but I'm referring to...

Hi RETPI I never said WAPOL if you refer back, I did say police. I draw your attention to where informal collection of genetic samples have been used in other states. In R v Nicola (NSW) police collected a styrofoam cup from a suspect. In R v Phuc (VIC) police collected cigarettes from a...

But what you are saying then is that the Police never take covert DNA samples? We will have to agree to disagree on this one because of course they do!

Only going by what I was told. I never said this was in the Prosecution's brief of evidence,it was how they matched him initially. So let me be very clear about this, you are saying that they had familial DNA (as discussed previously) and then got the TRG to storm in to BE home then get the DNA...
