According to Darlie and Darin, the gate was fixed. They mention nothing about the brackets - I acknowledge that these were still in order for some repair (as I've already mentioned in this thread).

Are you forgetting what you are saying post to post? "Darlie was found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Not based on just one person's testimony, but based on everything the jury considered. Unless you were in that jury room during deliberations you don't know what ALL was talked about and...
