Great start for the defense. They can't even spell "Michael" on their own visual aid. And, they are going for the "he drank it" defense--IMO the weakest defense.
Latest pretrial hearing held today. Two issues ruled on:
1. The jury won't see the footage of the 02 announcement in March 2009; and
2. The pros can't tell jurors of the 4 attempts by investigators to re-interview Murray after MJ passed (IMO this will come in through questioning of...

This is from September 7th:
"At a hearing today, the judge ruled that jurors can hear from a prosecution witness about a study done on piglets involving propofol.
Pastor said he saw no basis for precluding Dr. Steven Shafer, a prosecution expert witness, from testifying in Murray's trial...

I'm not sure if there will be a separate trial thread at this point, so I'm just posting the latest here.
Here is a link to a livestream. Tomorrow we should have a better idea if any local news outlets will be livestreaming, and if so, I will post those also...

I sure hope you're right Bozgal. This case has nothing to do with what Michael did or didn't do--it is about what Dr. Murray did and didn't do that ended in the death of Michael Jackson. The truly sickening part is that Michael will be tried once again in the media. Ths like JVM keep dredging...

A jury has been chosen. They are still in court at this time selecting the alternates.

BTW at the bottom of this article, they say they will have a livestream when the trial begins. I will see if this is so and...

I agree--it's my opinion too. Mark Geragos, who represented Michael in the 2005 case before Tom Mesereau took over (rather brilliantly too!), said yesterday about jury selection in the case:
"In death he has become more beloved than in the last 10 years of his life," said defense attorney...

The defense continues to pose outrageous scenarios to defend their client on involuntary manslaughter charges. After this claim fluttered to the top of the news cycle, many experts gave their opinions regarding ingestion and its consequences of Propofol. Here are some links...

I'm still searching for a livestream, rather than counting on HLN (and having to listen to Diane Dimond comment). Will post a link as soon as I find one. It is also possible that CNN may livestream.
There was a hearing today and here is an update. It seems the missing witness has been...

Hi Strawberry---I'm hearing that the same networks that ran the FCA trial will also run this trial too (CNN, HLN, Court TV, Fox). In FL, Wesh and others did a live feed, but in LA they may not have a local channel who will stream live--- it may be that CNN may though. I will still try to find...
