I never thought GZ would be convicted! And, I didn't watch that trial but did follow it.

I have watched many trials and will stand behind my opinion! There is not enough evidence to prove M1 to 12 people from what I can see. It's exactly why DA went to GJ in the first place. its pretty simple to me and I hop Claus doesn't accept a plea.

If this thread is any idea of what jury will do....100% will be a hung jury or acquittal.

LOL you're trying to make sense of nonsense! No way DA has a clear theory and can proceed with a conviction. If so, I will eat my words! This has to be a nightmare for state, just like us! Lawsuit is a joke...but this seems to be RM MO when things don't go his way. I am sure it will be...

It has been my opinion all along that BM should have had charges too.Claus brothers are probably demanding reports of testing. IF no testing was done due to running w/ "road rage" they are in serious trouble! There must be some changes (questions) towards RM with LE so RM is explaining to us...

I am sure the lawyer required a retainer...doubt it is contingent! It's very soon for a trial, not sure what that is about unless NV is that quick. If trial is streamed, RM will be showboating daily. Not sure how state will control him!
