GUILTY UK - Ellie Butler, 6, brutally murdered, Sutton, 28 Oct 2013 #1

I have to say I thought that the Cornwall excuse was only given because firstly she was late for work and secondly if I am correct there was evidence given that she had been off with Ellie on the 25th October so it was her reason to work for not being there. I maybe wrong but I am not sure...

Me too! I was looking at the photo of Ellie in the check shirt with BB I think this must have been taken in November 12 when she came back Ellie looked healthy and happy . Then you see the one of them with Christmas decorations in the background and she doesn't look as happy. You an tell it...

I agree. I think she got into work at 10.45 which seemed odd. I did wonder if something had happened that morning and maybe I am confusing myself but wasn't the suggestion from what I have read that she had been injured earlier in the day and then this was the second injury but as I say I maybe...

It is an ownership / his property thing with him. Same as with his children. He didn't want JG or the children really but they to him were his property and his deluded belief that he had a right to get them back

JG would have been reminded of her bail conditions at the beginning of the trial after that she will just be told each evening she is on bail as before. Her conditions are a matter of public record so the clerk of the court can be asked them. All phone calls in and out of the prison are...

I would imagine this judge is letting some of the behaviour go because he wants to be extremely careful to ensure that if convicted BB will have no grounds to appeal. He will be aware of how litigious BB is I am sure. He probably also is of the view that their outbursts affect nobody but...

Yes it was. The plan we have is probably the opposite of their as they are maisonettes. The plan we have here suggests the 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living room upstairs whereas from the pictures in the media I have seen of their maisonette it was not a ground floor one so...

I agree. Initially I had a lot of sympathy for JG and will still reserve my position pending her evidence on Monday. My issue is this, she seems totally obsessed with BB. Let's remember she didn't really know him when she got pregnant but still after the incident in 2007 chooses him over Ellie...
