But it tells us she at least drove a full tank, and however many miles that entails for that car.

As for her story about not wanting to go over a mileage allocation for a lease, leases are set for total months and total mileage. You can do the math and keep a monthly goal, but I challenge anyone to find a lease whose terms require a monthly check. She did not want to drive her car, likely...

Here’s how car rentals work with respect to fuel: — you can prepay, at a reasonable price per gallon. However, you are charged for a full tank, even if you return the car 1/2 full. — you fill the car yourself, within a certain mile range from the rental return, and aren’t charged for fuel...

The car is bright orange. That's very distinguishable.

Very strange. I believe the police have circumstantial evidence they aren't releasing, but it doesn't rise to the level such that they can definitively label JM a suspect. I'm sure it's a frustrating position for LE. But, regardless, I don't think the chief should have said he "hoped" they...

If they have confirmation somehow of them together after Tempo, why the big public appeal for eyewitnesses who saw them together after Tempo? It would seem redundant to information or evidence they have.

So now they have basis to arrest JLM, for reckless driving.

I like Longo, but I'm not liking this conviction in public opinion of JM without any evidence. And I say without any evidence because clearly they don't have enough even to arrest him.

Wow, it's like he's angry he doesn't have anything on JM.

Both of these points factor in to why I don't think she was "lost." I think she had intentionally ditched and misled her friends.

THIS. I'm familiar with that area as well, and the way she appears and reappears strikes me that she was checking out the cars looking for someone who was specifically supposed to be in the area. I hope LE has checked the Tinder app, or other similar ones, to see if she had an account. I...

I can't quite buy that she sent multiple texts asking for help, and her roommates still didn't notice she was missing until SUNDAY.

Mod, will you delete if this isn't appropriate? I'm not putting the name on here, just the link to a news story from 2012. The age is not a match to the press conference today, but some of the other details are. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/11/29/dashad-smith-missing-update_n_2211133.html
