Yes, he can be a witness and can even be forced to be one. Sometimes when there are multiple arrests getting one of the lesser perps to turn Queens is the way they manage to nail the big fish.

Are the 3 pieces of DNA from 3 different people? is the bike relevant because a friend living there may have cycled round to the neighbours house that evening and he wasn't alone? Do they think a friend might have dumped the sock and pizza in the bin at Aberdeen rd.

I agree that it looks as though it was blocked off but I don't believe the fire regs require it, not on the ground floor. I have friends who have a Victorian hotel where connecting but permanently locked doors are still in place and they have to regularly be checked to get their fire...

I'm not sure but I think I know this info. I don't see why it can't be posted on the board. It's in the public domain if you look for it. I may be wrong and it may be something personal about someone.

Chris Jeffries saw 3 people outside, 1 of whom he assumed was Joanna. Mr X's girlfriend is also a slim blonde of similar age, of course. If Joanna wasn't one of the 3 (live) people he saw then who else was? I remember the initial report saying they were talking in hushed tones.

Martin Brunt, on Sky News, said the man was being named locally but they were not yet naming him but that police were examining the flat adjoining JY's where a Dutch student had been living.

That is exactly what I think. At the moment they want public opinion set firmly agaoinst the Mccanns but they do NOT want to be named as the source of the leaks!

    Madeleine McCann DNA accurate match

First of all, hello everyone this is my first post here but I've been reading them for a while. Martin Brunt reported on Sky news that a sample of DNA taken from the car was an exact match for Madeine. Since then it is reported in Gazeta Digital that no such information was given to Martin brunt...
