Is it a metal object or a metallic object in any so-called explanations from Tostee? I think there's potentially a big difference. Metallic could simply be weak, silver-coloured and small. Metal suggests a stronger item to me..
C'mon he was already on bail when he did the high speed chase, why is he walking the streets?

The sidelines to the tragedy of WW's death seem entertaining at times. Tostee is unlikeable in many ways and his supporters so aggressive and hostile. A sort of tragicomedy. :-/
Yes!! Love how you've drawn attention to his progressively absent involvement - from forced, to chucked, to ran. It seems the more he said it all out loud, he recognised that he should process the tale further and further to diminish his involvement. Good call!
Haha, yes, I see - thanks. I have found it interesting that in all his recordings he focused more on the variety of things that 'did not' happen.
If one witnessed a person accidentally fall off their balcony, it's easier for me to imagine that witness repeating what they saw to make sense of...
I also find it very believable that he dangled her over, even if he then replaced her feet on the ledge while he quickly went inside and possibly waited for that accident to happen.
What I have trouble believing, for some reason, is that he was strangling/choking her as transcribed. I really...
I think he was heard to say he hoped she hadn't died.
The evidence of guilt could be in fleeing the scene? Surely, in general, people express guilt/innocence in a range of appropriate or inappropriate actions, not just words. 'Seeing evidence of him feeling guilty' may not be possible just...
The 'I don't usually eat' thing could suggest that usually when high on a certain drug, the individual prefers not to eat.
Tostee goes and gets pizza later as well, so it seems he genuinely could have been hungry (as well as alibi possibility).
It will be interesting to know whether that 3 minute pause near the pillar outside gave him any opportunity to feel sure the death was real, not imagined (ie. could he see the body from that location?).
He may have been quite fearful of being thought to be responsible and decided to flee the...
Hi all. My first post after devoting way too much free time reading these threads since the Dorendahl case (I still wonder what happened there).
But, how unusual is it for a person to resist looking at/for a guest who falls from their balcony? Even if no concern for their welfare, isn't...
