I don't like him either JJ, he is arrogant and full of himself. He is responsible for his wife's psychological problems. He had absolutely no respect for her. I also believe that he hit her and strangled her that night.
But, can the state prove that without a doubt? So far I am disappointed with...
Dr. Perumal was an excellent witness for the defence. He has vast experience in his field, and like he pointed out, no professional is willing to lose their credibility just for one case/client. Let's see how the state responds.
Live Streaming will be on #VanBreda, not Rohde. Not enough cameras/personnel, et. Darn. At least we get to watch something live. Maybe VanDerSpuy will ask for another adjournment tomorrow am? #WishfulThinking
@Truth2Come
oh no, I was looking forward to watching Dr. Perumal's testimony live!
So, Susan was alive when she swallowed the blood that was found in her stomach. Jason denies that he hit her in the face during the physical altercation. When was Susan hurt then?
Jason Rohde's lies and deceit
- He lied to his wife that he had ended affair with Jolene
- He lied to the marriage counsellor that he wanted to reconcile with his wife and did not want to get divorced
- Although one of his daughters became aware of his affair and discussed the matter with her...
So frustrating there was no live feed today... Dr. Perumal's testimony is going to be crucial.
Highlight of the day
Judge Salie-Hlophe: you describe the altercation as a wrestling match, at what point was there a cease-fire?
Rohde: when we got back into the room. I was exhausted.@TeamNews24...
Thank you CindyDean for sharing your experience.
Regarding your question, the pathologist for the state noted abrasions on Susan’s body that were consistent with dragging.
The handyman who was called to open the bathroom door testified that the victim was laying on the floor naked, while...
And that was it for today. What highlighted the day for me, was Jason's selective memory. He remembers his every move when he tried to get away from Susan as she was holding him back, but cannot recall the way the electrical cord was attached around her neck. Why would a seemingly innocent fight...
Jason is trying to portray Susan as unstable and in need of psychiatric help. That she could not accept the fact that their marriage was over and as a result she took her own life. But Susan was a fighter, she fought till the very end and that is why she had to die.
So many injuries on Susan's body... How does one explain the blood streaks on her thigh and her right upper eyelid?
There are also signs of manual strangulation and that the body was dragged. The ligature imprint mark on her neck was post mortem.
Jason also seems to be stuck on a well-rehearsed...
Why would Jason take his wife along to the Spier Hotel convention? His mistress would be there. What was he trying to achieve? To drive her mad?
He testified that Susan had trouble sleeping and had lost a great amount of weight.
Susan's brother could not understand too. He testified: "I asked...
I have been following this trial for a couple of days now. At first I thought that Susan commited suicide, but after investigating the circumstances of her death I tend to think that it was staged.
I will keep following Jason’s XX and how he reacts when pressured.
Hello all!
This is my first post in this forum, athough I have followed the trial since almost the beginning. In my opinion OP is a cold blooded killer and the CH conviction will be overturned.
One thing I noticed during the trial is Pistorius' love of watches. I am a watch person myself...
