    CA CA - Hannah, 16, Devonte, 15, & Sierra Hart, 12, Mendocino County, 26 March 2018 #1

At least 2 of the 3 missing children were involved with asking the neighbors for help. We know Devonte was asking for food and one of many news articles I have seen reported that one of the girls asking for protection was 12. That would be Sierra. I also read that one of the children tried to...

I'm not convinced that his actions were strictly ego driven. From the first time hearing about the high risk behavior I wondered whether there were life insurance policies on the girls.

    Deceased/Not Found IL - Yingying Zhang, 26, Urbana, 9 June 2017 #1 *Arrest*

I'm sure the FBI has used their skills to enhance the plate enough to read some of the plate, if not all. My concern is that this was carried out swiftly and efficiently (not to mention in broad daylight). That leads me to believe this is possibly part of a larger crime operation than just the...

What concerns me is the possibility of heroin, or similar, being the reason he was passed out in his car. If he has been doing drugs while his son is present there is no telling who he was associating with or what might have happened when he was "out of it". There is a lucrative market for...

The possibility of a relative or friend who interacts on a regular basis with one of the girls also complicates the ability to prove the significance of DNA from the crime scene. If the only DNA recovered is touch or hair type that matches someone related to, or familiar to, one of the girls...

That's why I asked whether his employee ID was in his wallet. Also, at one point the nephew also worked at the park. They would use the employee entrance and not seem out of place. For that matter WC could have been removed from the house in a large yard waste bag and placed in the nearest...

I'm definitely in agreement. Nothing about the manner in which the LE (and 2nd LE) handled the stop at QT, or the recovery of the car and body, has reassured me that this was an accident. I still have the same top 3 theories that I held when Toni first went missing. jmho moo

IMO there is a strong possibility that, since WC was small in stature, his body was placed in a dumpster. I wonder if his work ID was missing because his place of employment would be an ideal choice. There would be mountains of trash being removed from that location. They may even have an...

    GUILTY CA - Madyson Middleton, 8, Santa Cruz, 26 July 2015 - #3 *Arrest*

That could be part of the prosecution strategy. It also can open the door to appeals of any conviction. I'm not implying that either of those options is good or bad, it's just the sad reality of the legal system. I would not be surprised to see an eventual plea deal. It's extremely...

Good idea, I was also wondering about an RV connection after the arrest of the Steubenville rapist yesterday. He was found living in an RV.

There has been a capture and booking of the suspect in an Ohio juvenile rape case (8 yr. old). What I found satisfying, aside from the arrest, is that LE reported he was located because an associate of his provided a tip. Perhaps the $100k reward in our case will also help get a lot of other...

    ID - DeOrr Kunz, Jr., 2, Timber Creek Campground, 10 July 2015 - #30

I believe LE has figured out what happened and who is responsible. The problem is they can't arrest (and hold) someone unless they have sufficient evidence to take the case to trial. The District Attorney won't get onboard unless there is a strong case to present to a jury. With no body that...

I think it could be worth exploring whether the Logan property had any sort of security cameras. If not, the perp(s) could have simply parked there and left from there after leaving the girls bodies. That would also mean figuring out who knew that Mr. Logan was out of town that day. imho

Woman Weighing over 500 Pounds Found Molded to a Chair Hadn't moved in a Year

You are absolutely correct. After many years of working closely with the Public Guardian's Office I'm confident there is much more to this story. I hope they follow the money trail and prosecute any and every person or organization that can be found guilty of elder neglect/abuse. I certainly...

Not to mention that Matthews had far more distinctive features and characteristics than BG. Several of us posted that something wasn't quite right with that guy from the minute we saw the first video. So glad that LE finally caught up to what we figured out from the beginning.

Early in the case (thread 1 or 2) this connection was brought up. A tip was also sent in regarding a man who was very interested in historic bridges. I'm on my phone and can't check for it right now, but I'll look for it.

What a good find. That would present an ideal opportunity to casually suggest where the girls could get a good look at the huge balloon. Hope I'm wrong!
