From what I've read, this white van was following them for quite sometime as they visited friends/relatives and the mini mart. This sounds more targeted then random. It was a Sunday afternoon in broad daylight...no one seen anything..including this van? I really wish someone would come forward...

Also searched Maryland and Pennsylvania UID pics today...nor sure where Donna can be. Feb of 83 brought snow, wind, rain, and cold temps to Delaware. Not sure how currents would carry a body through the Delaware River. Maybe her body or clothing got stuck on debris and never surfaced ?
