Not dense at all. Actually a good question. Because the Sheriff's Office runs the jail, they have all records of the inmates and their arrests. Same reason all arrests on the Sheriff's website. To be honest, I'm not sure why capital was filed against him. Been trying to make sense of that one...

Kansas does still have the death penalty, though no one has been executed in Kansas since 1965. As a result, prosecutors rarely ever seek the death penalty.

Those are the charges I am inquiring about. Remember, the first-degree murder charge, despite it not showing it, is for ATTEMPTED. I am also trying to get a clarification on that as well. Also, trying to get a clarification on the capital murder charge as well.
