Coast Guard went by the command center today to retrieve the vests. United Cajun Navy refused to give to them. I'm not sure, but I think NTSB is the ones investigating the capsizing. CG ended their searches. Cajun Navy picked up the searches and were the ones who found the vests and hard hats.

If I looked at the correct father, he passed away when James was about 20. The father worked as a car salesman... again, that's assuming that I'm looking at the correct one.
