The only issue is that it’s been ruled a homicide... can you be charged for accidental “murder”? I would think of that was the case it would be something else stated vs homicide. Accidental death or something like shaken baby syndrome or abusive head trauma. I hate that it’s ruled a homicide...

I could be wrong but if she’d fallen and that was COD I believe it would be “blunt trauma” but in this case, it’s blunt “force” trauma which would indicate she was physically attacked... just my thinking.

The worst part of all this is that it’s considered a homicide... no accidents there, it was (I presume) without a doubt intentional. I have no words...

I’m a little confused by your post lol, I took it as she had to put up with the baby all night. Not sure what the hood has to do with it. I’m just frustrated with the fact that her baby is missing and she is basically throwing in a complaint. It’s one thing to say “I was up all night with her”...

Not only does she say they fell asleep on the couch, but her baby is MISSING and she says “I didn’t mean to fall asleep on the couch I just sat down for a minute AFTER DEALING WITH HER ALL NIGHT” Really?? “Dealing with her”?

I was just about to post the same thing... I mean, I can’t even!!! She sounds pretty darn calm to me and just faking the rest. What’s with yelling out a 9day olds name? Like she’s going to come running in the room or yell “I’m here!!”? First she says something about her 2yr old saying “papa”...

I could be wrong but prescription lenses do not have that green hue either, at least none of the ones anyone in my household own.
