Ok. maybe hit was not the best choice of words. I was only refering to the fact that it was planned not random. I live in Houston,Tx and we have officers of every description here. I worked a minor accident several years ago where the 1st officer on the scene refused to get out of her car...

I agree, it is entirely possible. Just my thought process as work here so be patient with me: If it were a burglary, then it is not likley it was done by someone who already owned a set of riot gear. If the gear was purchased for the sole purpose of robbing the place, then the suspect would...

Im not saying it was a professional hit man in the sense that you know them from movies. Or even that suspect has killed someone before, but i would suspact that he has. Only that it was a planned hit, not a paid for hit, although I suspect that someone other than the suspect wanted her dead...

I agree with the turned out foot. This is all suspect. He/she if you like, may even do some self correcting of the pronounced issue while in public. But alone at night, hmmm. What i would draw your attention to is the way this person carries themselves. Think hard and watch while they are...

I think man, because of the wide shoulders, and long arms. Also kinda wide at the hips and w woman usually tends to have thicker thighs when that wide at the hips. As for knowing the lay out: i would say this person had been there at least once before but probably not intament with the facility...
