Many of us suspect that Rebecca's statement to the EMT's and CPO was merely what Jonah told her to say and what the story would be. Of course if the Shacknai kids were there at the time, he wanted to protect them, so part of the story that has been officially "leaked" is that the kids left...

There are many legal nuances in Adam's case, IMO, that we will never know. Perhaps you missed the post that conjectured that he would tell the entire truth of what happened that night. The fact that there is no alibi for Dina Shacknai proves that this was murder, not suicide.

BBM: I totally agree with you on this, Bourne. IMO Dina thrives on drama and the writing on the door was certainly high drama, in the context of the hanging and, IMO in Dina's twisted mind, she felt justified. Still does, IMO.

BBM: In addition, Jonah would NOT have wanted to be confronted by TV cameras, which he most surely would have been. Surely news people would have been tripping over themselves to get to him for a statement. And he had to know that the police would have had him there all day.
