Boy, do I understand YOU. My mother hit the back of a police car (thank goodness the officer wasn't injured) and that was her last drive. There was some suspicion about her driving on my part when a couple of grocery trips took much longer than they should have, and in retrospect I believe she...
I know her family said she was in better spirits, but I can imagine losing your husband in the holiday season and trying to go on alone can become overwhelming at times. I'm assuming no financial transactions have been occurring on any of her accounts?
If I've found the correct LinkedIn for him (and I believe I have), he left a job after 12 years in January 2020 and started a new job right after that. I wonder if it's not what he expected? Or if there is another stressor in his life?
I totally agree. I know he might have been a handful, but I found Harley a delightful, intelligent child. I can’t imagine losing my son and publicly posting that he chose this.
I didn't even know Harley but I could tell from the few videos I watched of him that he is an out-of-the box thinker. Therefore, it was within the realm of possibility for him to have figured out a way into that house, whether it was picking the lockbox (like he livestreamed from his classroom...
Oh. My. God. Harley. I am so sorry! And I don't believe they checked "multiple" times, either.
"Thorough" investigation? Not when a child has been there over a month and you just found him yesterday. They knew how smart he was. They did NOT search that home.
Harley, kiddo, I am so sorry. I liked you a whole bunch just from your videos, I know I would have thought you a fantastic kid in person. R.I.P.
My own personal swear words for the idiots discouraging the public from searching way back when he was first missing.
I feel just sick that if it’s him he’s been there all this time.
I’m also sick that a vacant house hasn’t been searched and it was right across the street!
I’m disregarding all the police calls because I think this is a “go-to” technique in that house, calling police or threatening with a stay at juvenile hall, etc. I think it’s teenage conflict handled by attempting to use police as disciplinarians.
I’m back to being at a loss as to what has happened to him and I’m pretty bothered by the fact that personal info about him (seeing a psychiatrist) is out there. His family situation disturbs me. I hope he’s hiding, I really do, but it’s been too long.
Well, that’s what’s being reported, the husband believed they didn’t have enough money. Not enough info is here to say whether that’s true or whether he had sought Medicaid or other assistance. He decided to kill her and then himself. I wonder if he bothered to let her know his decision.
I’m...
