I agree completely. I thought it was all going to be suppressed today. Previously I was thinking he'd be bailled, but now I think with the witnesses out there,and juicier suppressed evidence, we may see the accused behind bars til the next hearing.

People can say someone told them something and it's evidence. The defence can then rip it apart though.
