    ***Day 6 -Committal Hearing*** 18th,19,20th March 2013***

I wouldn't hold my breath for any major insights on her behalf. It will no doubt be more of the same blind faith assertions of innocence :waiting: I hope she is not getting a single cent from all this bull!

I totally agree with you! It really irks me that she doesn't elaborate on her beliefs, as the evidence we have seen so far speaks strongly against his innocence. I would love to hear her version of events...

It's silly to expect a man who cheats on his wife to be with you to be faithful. The way you get them is often the way you lose them. And she was cheating on her husband!! Bad behavior all around.

Lycheefarmer, I would love to hear your version of events? What do you think of the evidence presented in court this week? I'm genuinely interested in your point of view.

Thank you so much for your reply! I really admire all of your wonderful professional & personal input on WS, and I'm not alone in this admiration :blushing: you raise a very important point. If Patel has been tried by a jury despite all his media hype and the negative perception around his...

    GUILTY Australia - Jill Meagher, 29, Melbourne, 22 Sep 2012 #5

Whatever that monster did is vile enough to require a suppression order, due to the sensitive and distressing nature of the information. This man needs to go away permanently. Never to be released ever again. I hope JM's family were shielded from the whole story. If not, it must be so horrendous...

Thanks for your reply. I think the other interesting thing to come to light in the JM case is how both her phone and AB's phone were traced on their entire journey. This gives me hope that QPS have a similar pattern for ABC's phone.

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #43

Hi Alioop! Given your answer above, and the rapid dissemination of documents such as witness statements and autopsy documents via the Internet, is it likely GBC will have to have a judge only trial? I know there is a lot of pre-trial information being released in the JM case too. What are you...

Surely OW reads the papers, and is aware of what has come to light during the days of court? Someone needs to pay her to do a follow up statement explaining "the real story". If its not GBC who is it OW? :waitasec:

    ***Day 3 -Committal Hearing*** 11th,12,13th March 2013

The most remarkable thing is the absence of her plea to find the "real killer". What does OW think? GBC is innocent, but has she even considered what else this assumption entails? :waitasec: all she seems to voice is her concerns about a miscarriage of justice...

What must those poor children have heard?? If neighbours are being woken... And then being debriefed and not allowed to talk about it. It's unbearable. What a traumatic experience, that still continues to plague such innocent little girls :(

Forget the screams coming from the house on the night in question after GBC was tucked up in bed fast asleep, let's focus on a lack of coffee dates :banghead:
