If the prosecution is flapping important (read incriminating) papers about the defence will need time to scrutinise every comma plus one or more of the top hierocracy may have a trial taking up time or be away for part of the time, they will avoid being rushed.

And probably more important to him if he pleads guilty, no trial no evidence for SD to hear straight to a sentencing hearing

If this is a random piece of discarded rubbish or superseded telephone repair info why was it hidden in a wall it has to have a significance of some sort to somebody .

I wasn't referring to ferocious rage I said silent rage. I think most people have felt that to some point but in general don't act on it that is one of the basic rules of being part of a community. The SK has no brakes so to speak or at best they only work intermittently.

Yes I can go with the idea of being slighted being a trigger but I think it would manifest towards an individual or possibly a person attached to that individual, that would also funnel the rage in a specific direction. This SK seems to have developed his trigger to release his rage (probably...

Yes he hit the jackpot notoriety wise but was that then his downfall as that was the catalyst for the unprecedented level of investigation, the cold case that was always really just simmering.

I did see that you said IMO, and I asked what I thought was a reasonable question. I also have lived in Perth for decades, as I have said on an earlier post my sons went to school at the same time. I just feel that a lot of time, words and effort is being wasted on 'why Claremont' your points...

There are a lot of presumptions here why would a teenager who's family lived on an acreage, with a holiday home up the road from Mandurah, who's father had a decent job develop a deep seated resentment against Claremont per ce. By the time he had moved up from stealing underwear, entering...

Kerry Turner hitch hiked on a regular basis she had already hitched once since the original taxi dropped her off. She would have developed a sense of who may have been risky but that was obviously not 100% reliable. People in her home area knew she hitched could she have been abducted close to...

The remaining Birnie may have a stooge that visits the dump site and reports back describing it as it is her remaining contact with David Birnie. Although the police should have some sort of surveillance or tracking system for the area I believe there is more to come out in that case. It's a bit...

Being as Claremont was not the centre of his universe or his assault/abducting zone has there been a review of his possible kill/dumping perimeter.

I agree. Having lied in the immediate area for 40 yrs I doubt there will be a body near Huntingdale. The council has had subdivision plans for yrs that have slowly been released. I think the chances of finding a body through land clearing would have been quite high If one had been there. Over...

I suppose it would be called unlawful killing I don't know if it has ever been used as a defence probably wouldn't get to court as there is a test to prove if a person has it and the person would have no idea that they had done it so there would be no intent, unlike this case.

The reason I ask is that I have the one disorder of the brain that could excuse murder. I am prescribed dopamine to manage it.

Are you talking about him having a natural high level of dopamine in his brain or supplementing himself with dopamine?
