Obviously EC is likely to be BE's former partner/wife. Very interesting time frame as to the murders. Must have moved back in with parents after selling the house. I wonder how long prior the break-up occurred. Relationship started no later than 1991.
Re the former, probably only in recent years (i.e. post 2000).
Re the latter, well if he followed Mandurah Road north to it's (modern day*) end, and then followed Millar Road along the train line east he would be at the JR dump site (only an approx 29 min/31.2km drive according to Google Maps)...
Further on the Madora Bay theory - all girls disappeared on weekends, so BE could have said to parents I'm taking Madora Bay for the weekend to go fishing.
Isn't he on electoral role for Huntingdale in 1999? Given other info, I would speculate BE had free and undisturbed use of Madora Bay (if indeed a holiday house) whenever he needed, as opposed to potentially waking up his parents at all hours at Huntingdale.

I'm actually unsure of the origin of that nickname. On the Gosnells SHS 30 yr reunion page, the comments indicated that his nick name was Bogsy or similar. Not sure what the story behind it was, but it was not used in a positive light, so may be there's some embarrassment behind it for BE...
If she was two years younger and went to Gosnells High she would have attended the same year as BE's brother, so good chance known to BE or his brother.
I think I know the answer, but the HJs would not have been 24 hrs back then (if it is at all now), would it? IIRC the only 24hr fast food (other than Fast Eddy's) at the time was Maccas at Tuart Hill and maybe Myaree.
