GUILTY TX - Kaufman Co. prosecutors Hasse, McLelland & Mrs McLelland slain in revenge plot

"I've always said that these counties (not just Kaufman, Ellis too) are good ole boy counties." You're right about that. I've had to drive through those counties every day, and the County Commissioners, DA, and Sheriff run the counties like the Mafia runs the rackets. They don't cotton to...

"do members of the Aryan Brotherhood belong to the State Guard or is that not allowed? " They are officially not allowed, but the State Guard is somewhat undermanned and they often look the other way to fill their quotas. The Aryan Brotherhood is an outgrowth of the cultural struggles within...

GUILTY TX - Kaufman Co. prosecutors Hasse, McLelland & Mrs McLelland slain in revenge plot

Here's a new twist on the Eric Williams case. His wife, Kim-Lene, is seeking a divorce, and Eric's sister has Eric's power of attorney. She has been converting Eric's property, and some property owned by Kim-Lene separately. Kim has been asking a judge for the proceeds of those conversions...

GUILTY TX - Kaufman Co. prosecutors Hasse, McLelland & Mrs McLelland slain in revenge plot

One of the results of the Texas State Guard's growth over the years has been the influence of lawyers within the Guard. The Guard is virtually run by lawyers within the Guard, namely, the Judge Advocate General and his staff of lawyers in Austin. And it has been a fact for many years that the...

GUILTY TX - Kaufman Co. prosecutors Hasse, McLelland & Mrs McLelland slain in revenge plot

You know, there were initial reports by neighbors after the McLelland murders that there had been an SUV parked near the McLelland home, apparently observing the McLelland home. They reported that 4 men were in the SUV observing the home. Police collected cigarette butts where the SUV had been...

Yes, Chris Aulbaugh resigned as the Kaufman police chief because he knew he would be investigating some of his own soldiers of the 1st Battalion 19th Regiment of the Texas State Guard, and how they materially helped Eric Williams plan the revengeful murders and conceal the evidence of the...

GUILTY TX - Kaufman Co. prosecutors Hasse, McLelland & Mrs McLelland slain in revenge plot

Well, now that Kaufman police chief Chris Aulbaugh has announced that he is resigning after one year on the job and moving on to Coppell, maybe the case will finally get completely solved. Chief Aulbaugh is also a captain in the Texas State Guard and he was criticized by the Kaufman County...

Question: How did EW and his wife get from the storage building to home after the McLelland murders?

He doesn't want to be around WTSHTF at the trial. I tell you that TXSG members will be shown to have played a significant role in helping EW in the murders. There were stakeouts on the DA and his wife.

GUILTY TX - Kaufman Co. prosecutors Hasse, McLelland & Mrs McLelland slain in revenge plot

Kaufman police chief Aulbaugh resigns, was criticized because he did not want to look into the help Eric Williams received from his Texas State Guard friends. Aulbaugh is also a member of the Texas State Guard...

I will definitely attend this trial. I know most of the witnesses and the State Guard members who will attend/testify. The State Guard members who helped EW will come under great scrutiny.

My question about Eric Williams is, after his conviction for theft of the computer equipment, why wasn't his concealed carry permit and his guns removed from his possession? Seems to be a hole in the system. Was the theft just considered to be like a speeding ticket? Ain't it a felony...

No, but they do admit that they traced the ammunition he used to some found in his storage unit. Here's a new development. Wife Kim is seeking a divorce. I'll bet that's a defense strategy. http://www.sfgate.com/news/texas/article/Wife-indicted-in-Texas-DA-slayings-seeks-divorce-4636317.php

My tips seem to be bearing fruit. One of the individuals I named in a tip in this case has been arrested last week on a drug charge only a few days after I made the tip. He was a close associate of EW. He has been disassembling incriminating items from his facebook page, a sure sign of guilt...

Even more questions from the tip team. I believe they will search the location with metal detectors and magnets. I guess they haven't found the murder weapons yet. I hope they find it. I wonder if someone from the State Guard might have materially assisted EW in his crime. He did seek help from...

The Police at the tipline showed some interest in my tip. They wanted a more exact location, which I gave them. I think the location I gave them is about the only location he could have ditched the uppers and revolver safely, without being seen.
