Maybe she decided to go shopping at Walmart or another store near there after school instead of riding the bus? Is Walmart closer to the school than from her house? Just thinking out loud.

I would think they would be able to tell if the scratches were from a knife blade or a rough stick. JMO

IMO there would be mention of an impalement. Or at least another wound consistent with that. They would be able to tell if the wounds were from a knife blade or not. They specifically mention defensive wounds. If his story was true, she wouldn't be fighting him IMO...

I just am relishing the thought of the jurors finding out about the TRUE CMJA now. I imagine they will be more outraged when they see her smugness and lack of remorse during her interviews. I can't help it. This gives me pleasure.
